YTZO series zirconia oxygen analyzer can be used for boiler, furnace, heating furnace and other combustion equipment in the combustion process produced by the content of flue gas rapid and correct online detection analysis, in order to achieve low oxygen combustion control, to achieve the purpose of energy saving, reduce environmental pollution.

YTZO series zirconia oxygen analyzer has zirconia head (instrument) and oxygen transmitter (instrument) two parts.

YTZO type zirconia probe housing is made of high temperature and corrosion resistant stainless steel. The reference gas can convection by itself without additional gas. And a standard gas interface, can be used in field operation with standard gas calibration. Probe zirconium tube can be easily removed and replaced.

YTZO type oxygen transmitter has simple structure, standard installation size, reasonable line design, good process quality, stable and reliable instrument performance, convenient debugging.

Output: 4-20mA

2. Detector

1. Working principle of zirconia analyzer


Fully stabilized zirconia ceramics is a kind of solid dielectric, which has ionic conductive property at a certain temperature. It is the key element for converting oxygen concentration of flue gas into electrical signal in measuring device. At a certain temperature, when the oxygen concentration on both sides of the zirconia tube is not at the same time, the two sides of the zirconia tube will produce an oxygen concentration difference potential, the two leads on the zirconia tube will send the oxygen concentration potential to the secondary instrument for processing and calculation and display the oxygen.


2. Main components of zirconia analyzer


Dust filter, zirconia tube element (zirconia solid electrolyte), protective tube, thermocouple, heating furnace, standard gas to gas pipe, junction box and other main components.


3. Basic working conditions


1. The zirconia element shall be heated to 700℃ and kept at a constant temperature of 700℃.


2. The flue gas temperature at the installation point of the zirconia analyzer is lower than 700℃.


3. The output voltage of the analyzer should match the resistance value of the heating electric furnace wire. (Can heat the electric furnace to 700℃)

※ Before placing an order, please inquire with the customer about the industry and use of zirconia and whether there are special requirements for zirconia. Use industry: 1, conventional power plant 2, sulfuric acid plant chemical plant 3, municipal waste incineration power plant (burning garbage, straw, etc.).


2 and 3 These two industries have higher quality requirements for instruments because of their large corrosiveness and harsh environment. Conventional zirconia cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, according to their characteristics, the special zirconia for sulfuric acid plants and waste power plants are withdrawn. The price of dedicated zirconia is much higher than that of ordinary zirconia.
