This product is fit for ac rated voltage up to and including 450/750 mobile or fixed installation with electrical instrumentation cables or signal transmission, cable has good thermal stability, can be in high temperature, low temperature, corrosive to keep good performance and softness, suitable for metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries which have special requirements such as mobile and heat-resistant occasions to use.

Three: use characteristics
1. Ac rated voltage: U0/U 450/750kV
High working temperature: 180℃
2. Low ambient temperature: Silicone rubber sheath: -60℃ for fixed laying, -20℃ for non-fixed laying
3. The temperature of cable installation and laying should not be lower than -20℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of unarmored cable is 6 times of cable diameter

Note: 1 If flame-retardant silicone rubber cable is needed, add ZR before the model;
2 Silicone rubber insulated nitrile sheathed cable can replace silicone rubber insulated and sheathed heat-resistant control cable with many cores and large cross section. Its application is similar to silicone rubber sheathed cable, and its long-term service temperature is -60-105℃.
Tin plating can be used for copper wire in conductor core.

Six: main technical indicators
1. Dc resistance of finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956) refer to Table 3 of Appendix A.
2.20 ° C Insulation resistance must be at least 500 MEgohm /KM.
3. Finished cable withstands ac 50HZ3.0kV /5min voltage test without breakdown.
