Summary:
In some special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants, etc., thermocouples of special materials and structures must be used.
Corrosion resistant coating has good corrosion resistance, in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, oxygen trifluoride high flow rate of liquid fluorine, it almost all of its chemical media resistance, in the 0-250℃ range of long-term use. If the fixed thread is to be made corrosion-resistant, the thread will not work under pressure.
Titanium alloy tube can withstand sea water, all kinds of chloride and hypochlorite, wet chlorine and oxidizing acid (including fuming nitric acid) alkali corrosion, not more pure reducing acid (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) corrosion, titanium alloy tube temperature range below 500℃, the product is still in line with JB/T9238-1999 and JB/T8622-1997.
