Glass panel level gauge
Glass level gauge can be used to directly indicate the height of the liquid level in the sealed container. It has the advantages of simple structure, intuitive and reliable, and durable, but the medium in the container must be corroded with steel, steel paper and graphite pressure ring. HG5 type glass plate level gauge is produced according to the standard of HG5-1364-1370-80 of the former Chemical Industry Department. It is suitable for directly indicating the medium level in various towers, tanks, tanks and boxes. The safety steel ball is installed in the upper and lower valves of the instrument. When the glass is damaged accidentally, the steel ball can automatically close the liquid flow channel under the action of the pressure in the container to prevent the liquid level from flowing out. There are blocking hole screws at the valve end of the instrument, which can be used when sampling, or when discharging the remaining liquid in the instrument during maintenance. According to the principle of the connector, the actual liquid level in the container is displayed directly through the transparent glass.
Structure principle
Meter on the upper and lower valves are equipped with M27×1.5 or ZG3/4" threaded joint, through the flange and the container connected to form a connector, through the glass plate can be directly read the height of the liquid level in the container.

Matters needing attention
In order to ensure the automatic sealing effect, the medium pressure in the container should be greater than 0.2mpa, when opening the upper and lower valves, the stem exit rotation is not less than 4, so that the steel ball sealing the door, do not touch the top of the stem.
Glass material requirements
1, the level gauge glass should have appropriate chemical stability and thermal stability, good mechanical strength, small expansion coefficient;
2, color: glass plate color should be colorless transparent or slightly light yellow or light green.
