Assemble thermocouple
Description
Product features
Our factory mainly produces thermocouple, thermal resistance and other instruments, the production of assembled thermocouple using international IEC standards. At the same time, using the unified design of the ministry of mechanical and Electronic industry thermocouple series, spectrum.
Prefabricated thermocouples used in industry as temperature transmitters are usually used with display meters, recording meters and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the surface temperatures of liquid, vapor and gas media and solids in a variety of production processes ranging from 0℃ to 1800℃.
According to national regulations, our company produces platinum-rhodium 30-Platinum-rhodium 6, platinum-rhodium 10-platinum, nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon, nickel-chromium-constantan and other assembled thermocouples in accordance with IEC international standard grading number. The thermocouple usually consists of a temperature sensing element, a mounting fixture and a junction box.

Nominal pressure: generally refers to the protection tube can withstand the static external pressure and rupture at the working temperature. Insulation resistance: when the ambient air temperature is 15-35℃, relative humidity < 80% insulation resistance ≥5 megohm (voltage 100V). ◆ Insulation resistance at high temperature: thermocouple at high temperature, the insulation resistance between the thermal electrode (including the double branch) and the protective tube and the double branch thermal electrode (calculated per meter) should be greater than the value specified in the table below.
