Description

Armored thermal resistor is a kind of temperature sensor, it is smaller than the diameter of a prefabricated thermal resistance, flexible, good vibration resistance, suitable for installation in the case of prefabricated thermal resistance can't install, I WZPK series armored thermal resistance is introduced from thermal resistance temperature measurement component, therefore, has a high accuracy and sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality, long service life, etc. Armored thermal resistance outer protective sleeve is made of stainless steel and filled with high density oxide material insulator, therefore, armored thermal resistance has strong anti-pollution performance and mechanical strength, suitable for installation in harsh environment. Armored thermal resistance can be used to measure temperature in the range of -200-600℃. It can be directly connected with copper wire and secondary instrument. Because of its good electrical output characteristics, armored thermal resistance can provide accurate temperature change signal for display instrument, recorder, regulator, scanner, data recorder and computer. ● Working principle Armored thermal resistance working principle: under the action of temperature, the resistance of thermal resistance wire will change with the change, the display instrument will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value generated by thermal resistance. ● Thermal resistance temperature sensor at 100℃ resistance value (R100) and it at 0℃ resistance R0 ratio: (R100/R0) grade Pt100: CLASS A R0=100±0.06 ω Class B R0=100±0.12 ω R0/R100=1.3850
