Causes and Countermeasures of inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter
In the measurement of steam, liquid and gas, the flowmeter that uses z.ui more is vortex flowmeter. It is not only convenient to install, but also has high measurement accuracy.
As a kind of flowmeter, vortex flowmeter has many advantages, but in the process of operation, it is inevitable to have various faults, among which z.ui common is the inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter. So why is the measurement of vortex flowmeter inaccurate?
Firstly, the inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter is likely due to the failure to select the vortex flowmeter. Generally speaking, different diameters and flow ranges of vortex flowmeter will affect the measurement results of vortex flowmeter, as shown in Figure 1. Therefore, when we choose the vortex flowmeter, we must choose it according to the accurate parameters, so that we can choose the vortex flowmeter with appropriate diameter. If the vortex flowmeter does not match, you can use the reducing method to solve it.
Secondly, the inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter may be caused by the fluctuation of flow in the process of measurement. If you want to avoid this situation, you need to ensure that the front and rear straight pipe sections of the vortex flowmeter are matched when installing the vortex flowmeter, so as to ensure the measurement stability of the vortex flowmeter.
z. After UI, the measurement result of vortex flowmeter is inaccurate, which may also be due to the problem of parameter setting direction. Because of the problem of parameters, the secondary surface fullness calculation of vortex flowmeter is wrong.
Countermeasures: when there is a problem with the parameters, the actual full-scale frequency will fail and the measurement results will be inaccurate. Therefore, before using the vortex flowmeter, you must adjust the parameter setting direction accurately, so that there will be no failure.
